Eau Claire Fall Festival Event Attendee Information
The free 2023 Fall Festival is scheduled for Saturday, September 16 on South Barstow Street.
Join us for a wide variety of music, food vendors, retailers, performances, kids activities and more!
Voter Registration volunteer information
Volunteers will work from a table along the festival street, to assist in voter registration, answer questions about voting in the 2024 elections, and promote membership in LWV-GCV.
This is a lively street festival in the heart of downtown Eau Claire which brings thousands of visitors to enjoy food, music, exhibits, and cultural entertainment. This is an outdoor event, so please dress for the weather! Wearing a mask is optional, except in case you are talking with a visitor who is masked, so please bring one with you.
The LWV-GCV table will be Booth #20, mid-block on South Barstow Street between Gibson Street and E. Grand Avenue (near the Informalist Restaurant, if that's a landmark for you). Link to a map of the festival
Volunteers are needed in three shifts, the first to start at 9:00am and the last to end at 5:30pm. Volunteers for the first shift are asked to check in at the Festival booth at the North Entrance to the festival area at the intersection of Eau Claire Street and Barstow.
Parking will be available, for a fee, in municipal ramps and at on-street meters.
Click the Volunteer button in the upper right to view and/or sign up for a shift.
