Volunteer Opportunities with LWV-GCV

Greetings,

We are fortunate to have you as a member of LWV-GCV, a network of passionate and dedicated individuals who strive constantly to make a positive difference in the world.

But we also need your help. Our League relies on the active participation and contribution of our members to achieve our goals and fulfill our mission. Throughout the year, we have various needs and tasks which require your skills, talents, and enthusiasm. Whether it is organizing events, fundraising, or spreading awareness, there is something for everyone.

If you can help with our current League's needs, please click on the opportunity tab title below to see if any of these volunteer opportunities suit your interests and availability.

If so, please contact any of the individuals listed in the opportunity, or email questions or suggestions to contact.lwv.gcv@gmail.com. We need and appreciate your support and involvement.

Together, we can make our League stronger and better!

Panel Discussion with Clerks

Are you available to help plan an event with a panel of clerks?

Our League has a terrific opportunity to work with Dunn County Clerk, Andrew Mercil in planning to invite several clerks (both County and Township, both Democrat and Republican) to come together in a panel to explain Wisconsin's election integrity measures and answer voters' questions, reassuring them before the August primary.

The plan would involve inviting several clerks (both County and Township, both Democrat and Republican) to come together in a panel to explain Wisconsin's election integrity measures and answer voters' questions, reassuring them before the August primary.

This event would most likely fall in the 3rd week of July.

We are seeking 2 or 3 volunteers to help us with the planning! Please contact either Ellen Ochs @ ellenbochs@yahoo.com, or Steve Hanson @ shanson@cruiskeen.com no later than June 26th, if you can assist the team.

Thank you,

Ellen Ochs, President and Steve Hanson, Vice-President
