Voting in Jail A Presentation for Inmates at Dunn County Jail
Two LWV-GCV trained volunteers will share information with potential voters who are currently incarcerated at the Dunn County Jail. There may be presentations to two separate groups, one of women and one of men. Only volunteers who have gone through orientation and a background check will be allowed to enter the jail for the presentation. This sign-up is for the presenters only. If you are not a presenter but you meet the qualifications and would like to assist or attend, please contact Karen Voss at karensvoss@gmail.com.
Interested in becoming qualified to do voter outreach with incarcerated citizens? If you are not yet trained to do voter outreach with incarcerated citizens and would like to be, please sign up for the Jail Volunteer Orientation and Training on February 23, 2023. This training will qualify you to volunteer with LWV-GCV in the Eau Claire County Jail. https://www.lwv-gcv.org/content.aspx?page_id=4002&club_id=329843&item_id=1912391&event_date_id=255 Or contact Karen Voss at karensvoss@gmail.com or Sarah Goulet at sarahgoulet@charter.net.
