Voter Education and Voter Registration at Dunn County Jail

Volunteers will give a presentation on voting and then will be paired up to meet with inmates who are eligible to vote to assist them in registering. Volunteers for this activity need to have completed an orientation and a background check specific to volunteering at Dunn County Jail.  If you haven't, but are interested in becoming qualified to volunteer at the jail in the future, contact Jane Pedersen at pedesenj67@outlook.com 

Knowledge of voting registration and absentee ballot voting is required. To brush  up on your skills you will find training documents available on the LWV-GCV website under About Us>Documents>General Documents>Voting Tools>Voter Registration Training.  You'll also find there the LWV-GCV Volunteer Code of Conduct.
