We will assist seniors in voter registration/information with a group of approx. 50 students. Actual contact time with students will be from 11:00 to 11:40. Previous experience in VR with high school students preferred but not required. Volunteers should have completed voter registration training through LWV-GCV or a cooperating organization. To brush up on your training, see the VR training materials on the LWV-GCV website under the "About Us" tab/Documents/General Documents/Voting Tools/Voter Registration Training. Volunteers are expected to be familiar and comply with the LWV-GCV Volunteer Code of Conduct, also under the "Voting Tools" folder on the website. Augusta High School is approximately 40 minutes' drive from Eau Claire. Volunteers may carpool. The high school is located just off Hwy 12 as you approach Augusta from the west.
