Discussion topics:
1. 6:00pm - Buffet Supper and Welcome 2. 6:45pm - Annual Business Meeting - Call to Order/quorum - Minutes of prior Annual Meeting (May 23, 2023) - YTD Treasurer’s Annual Report - 2023-2024 Budget approval (based on May 2024 Ballot) - New membership fee structure and ChapterSpot   3. Board Election Results   4. Honoring members’ outstanding service   5. Upcoming Events   6. Closing Remarks and Thank You   7. Adjournment
As this will also be a dinner meeting, the cost for the dinner is $15.00 per person, and we are requesting you send your payment in advance. 
 - Soup & Salad Bar (2 soups - chicken dumpling and tomato/basil) 
 - Dinner rolls
 - Main St. Bloomer pie and 
 - Beverage (choice of soft drinks, "non-carb drinks," coffee, hot chocolate, milk, or chocolate milk)
