Calendar - Event View

LWV-GCV volunteers will recruit new members and offer voter information and registration at the LWV-GCV quarterly membership meeting, featuring a presentation by Dunn County Clerk Andrew Mercil on the new Wisconsin legislative district maps and implications for the 2024 elections here in the Chippewa Valley.

LWV-GCV volunteers will work from a table or will wear yellow vests and circulate to invite people to join the League and offer voter information and voter registration.  This is an indoor event.

Volunteers should be trained in voter registration, but this is also an opportunity for less experienced volunteers.  If you're new to voter outreach you are welcome to sign up, and please also contact Marilyn Hagen, the lead volunteer for this event to let her know if you'd like to be paired with a more experienced volunteer.
