2024 Annual Hanging Flower Basket Fundraiser

2024 Annual Flower Basket Fundraiser
April 18th - May 1st

 

This year we are again working with Season's Harvest Greenhouse, located five miles north of Menomonie. You will be purchasing a token that you will bring to Season's Harvest to redeem for a 12" Hanging Flower Basket of your choice. Each token will sell for $38. 00.
 
The directions for purchasing your token(s) are:
  1.  Purchase your “Token(s)” from the LWV-GCV or League member.
  2. Your Token(s) will be mailed to you after we receive your order form and payment.
  3. Bring your “Token(s)” to Season’s Harvest Greenhouse between April 26, 2024 and June 2, 2024 and choose your 12” Premium Hanging Basket ($38.99 value). *Thousands to choose from*
  4.  Proceed through the checkout with your basket so that the cashier can record and collect your “Token(s)”.
  5.  LWV-GCV receives a percentage of the sales.
  6.  Enjoy your beautiful basket all summer.

    Note: Tokens expire on June 2, 2024

By May 2nd: Please send your check, payable to LWV-GCV and your completed order form to:

Apr. 26th - Jun. 2nd: Monday-Saturday between 9am—6pm; Sunday 9am-5pm
Note: tokens are good if they open before April 26th
Choose your 12" Hanging Flower Basket(s) and redeem your token(s) at Season’s Harvest Greenhouse.


You can place your order in one of two ways:

You can use this order form to submit sales you choose to make for yourself, and/or your friends.
You have the option of mailing your order form with your payment, or request to pick-up your token(s) with your payment. 
Note: entering your phone/email on your order form ensures you will be notified when your order is received and when your token(s) are mailed.

 

2) Complete an online form here: 2024 Flower Basket Fundraiser Order Form
Once your online order is received, you will be contacted on how you wish to make payment and the delivery of your token(s).
