We have an invitation for a unique opportunity to meet with community members and taste some Nigerian cuisine at an upcoming event. Pastor Sara Bishop, Synod Advocate for Right Relationships with the Northwest Synod of Wisconsin, has invited us to participate in the next "Open Table" on May 19, 2024 at Forage, 403 S Barstow, downtown Eau Claire. The event will consist of an hour of informal discussions with attendees about the importance of voting, and education and participation in the voting process. The discussion will be followed by a two hour period of dinner and church, which is optional for volunteers to attend.

5 to 7 pm, Dinner and church (optional)

If a voter registration activity must be cancelled, volunteers will be notified two days prior, or if an outdoor activity must be cancelled due to weather, volunteers will be notified by phone on the morning of the event. When you register, please ADD YOUR PHONE NUMBER IN THE REGISTRATION.
Volunteers please be familiar with and uphold the LWV-GCV Volunteer Code of Conduct, on the website under About Us>Documents>General Documents>Voting Tools.
